A simple way to put your sheets on pallets is to use a pallet loader with buffer gate.
The pallet loader takes over the stacks and drives them over a roller conveyor in lower position on which empty pallets are inserted manually or automatically. The conveyor on the pallet loader runs in opposite direction when the pallet loader returns and by this means the stack is put on the pallet. The buffer gate which fixed the leading edge during this operation lifts up afterwards and the palletized stack is transported further on.
Capacity:- Up to 80 pallets / hour if the empty pallets are entered automatically
