Doubling – Something that both the pusher and the shuttle car know
The shuttle car is provided with two Stabiltrack®-conveyors. They load the stacks which originate from the conveyors behind the stackers and unload it onto a double conveyor.
This increases very much the throughput and is highly recommended to high-capacity plants.
According to the layout the pusher may as well do the doubling.
