The best way to bring your sheets on pallets is to use a pallet inserter.
Up to two different stacks run at the same time in the inserter and are centralized laterally. Afterwards they are lifted and the pallets are entered.
Because pallet robots with a turning station are used at the same time it is possible to realize all kind of pallet patterns.
These machines are made to palletize sheets producing the intended results. They even achieve the capacity of the actual high-capacity corrugators with a working width of 3,3 m.
