The easiest way to bring your sheets onto pallets is to use a cross pusher.

A conveyor that incorporates a cross pusher pushes the stacks on a roller conveyor in a lower position. Empty pallets are put there manually.

The operator inserts a slip sheet which is fastened. The friction is reduced whenever the stack is pushed through. Afterwards it functions as lower edge protection.

Capacity:

• Approx. 40 stacks / hour

The performance depends very much on the operator !
