Due to the reel preparation station you can unwind your paper reels producing a satisfactory result and thus considerably reduce the waste.

After the reel is run in it is lifted and turned. During unwinding the operator is able to see clearly if the paper quality is all right and he can stop the action whenever he wishes. In this way we never remove too much paper.

Since this takes place before the reel stand the reel change times are very much improved.
