Keep your part reels in mind.

You can considerably increase productivity if you use reel return lines.

Part reels do not have to be returned any longer but as soon as the next reel is entered they are moved to the opposite side.

At this place the operator rolls the reel with the help of an “easy mover” on the return line. It is then automatically transported to the reel storage.
