On the one hand a high-capacity transfer car is very important in the Work-In-Progress-Storage and on the other hand it is as well of great value for the Finished Goods Transport. It connects the converting machines to the central palletizing and packaging line.

With two conveyors it can load up to four pallets and unload them at the packaging line.

The transfer car which is controlled by the automatic visualisation programme ASCOR FGS achieves a speed of up to 3 m/s. It picks up the stacks on the converting machines and hands them over on the packaging line as quickly as possible.

Depending on the conveyed goods we can install down holders which secure the stacks during the fast run.

A state-of-the-art positioning control enables you to access the target conveyors precisely and quickly.

It is understood that safety has priority.
As a matter of course we provide laser scanner on the front sides and driver cabins for manual operation.
